Terms and Conditions

DURATION Purchaser of E-Learning curriculum acknowledges access is for a term of sixty (60) days, after which access will no longer be granted with the same username and password. Purchaser also acknowledges that access to the E-Learning Programme may take up to 24 hours.

RESTRICTIONS Licensee may not use, copy, modify, or distribute the E-Learning Programme (electronically or otherwise), or any copy, adaptation, transcription, or merged portion thereof, except as expressly authorized by The BCI (The Business Continuity Institute). Student may not reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise translate the E-Learning Programme. No service bureau work, multiple-user license, or time-sharing arrangement is permitted, except as expressly authorized by The BCI. If student uses, copies, or modifies the E-Learning Programme or if student transfers possession of any copy, adaptation, transcription, or merged portion of the E-Learning Programme to any other party in any way not expressly authorized by BCI, access to remaining time will be automatically terminated.

COPYRIGHT All title and copyrights in and to the BCI (including but not limited to any scripts, images, photographs, and copy into the software), the accompanying printed materials, are owned by Company, and copyright laws and international treaty provisions protect The BCI. Therefore, Client must treat The BCI like any other copyrighted material.
