Classroom Based Instructor Led Training

Entry level BCM training, based on the BCI’s Good Practice Guidelines, which is designed to help candidates prepare for the BCI certificate examination (leading to the CBCI) or as an introduction to the basics of the discipline.

Delivered by experienced instructors in a classroom based workshop environment this course is usually delivered over 5 regular or 3 extended days.
